Legacy Fitness is a locally owned health and fitness facility in Tallahassee.
We are a locally owned, family oriented fitness facility in Tallahassee. Our 26,000 sq ft gym offers heavy lifting equipment, 40 fitness classes per week, nutrition and fitness consultation, a sauna, childcare and Zumo Nutrition that offers smoothies and other nutritious whole foods.
